Visa Bulletine for Aug 2007 has been released. http://travel.state.gov/visa/frvi/bulletin/bulletin_3269.html

They have revert the July 2 Bulletine and now everyone can file.

D. JULY EMPLOYMENT-BASED VISA AVAILABILITYAfter consulting with Citizenship and Immigration Services, the Visa Office advises readers that Visa Bulletin #107 (dated June 12) should be relied upon as the current July Visa Bulletin for purposes of determining Employment visa number availability, and that Visa Bulletin #108 (dated July 2) is hereby withdrawn.

Also USCIS Announces July Adjustment of Status Applications will be Accepted thru August 17, 2007

Well good timing for me, mine application was sent today to deliver tomorrow. Great thanks to AILA, AILF, Ms. Lofgren, murthy.com, immigrationvoice.org and all other organization and people involved in resolving this issue and providing us an opportunity to file our I-485. Thank so much.

Following are the top sites that provided quick and reliable informations on this whole issue:

Confusion, confusion and more confusion. No body know what to do and what not do do. Rumors every day, some says to send application while some suggest to hold.

As per http://www.hammondlawfirm.com/:
HLG has confirmed that the CIS is not returning I-485 Applications back to those who filed I-485 during the first week of July. This is leading many to speculate that the CIS may reverse course and re-re-amend the July Visa Bulletin; whether the Visa Bulletin actually reopens remains to be seen. HLG normally refrains from commenting on rumors, but we have talked to several Washington insiders and believe that this is seriously being considered.

While as per http://immigrationvoice.org/: A BIG ANNOUNCEMENT LIKELY IN NEXT 24 HOURS:
Immigration Voice core has learned that something is likely to happen in next 24 hours (or Monday) possibly to fix the issues caused by recent visa bulletin.
We have been told not to divulge details of this development.
All we can say as of now is that :
1). The solution will be announced in next 24 hours or on Monday.2). The solution is not going to be a change in visa bulletin of July. The bulletin will most likely stay as-is. This is not about August bulletin either.3). This fix will be of a more permenant nature and this idea has been highly popular in this community in the past. July bulletin was spending of money and effort for nothing. I was done with all documentation, signatures and getting out of the attorney office when I got a call from Pankaj that USCIS released news that they will not accept any application. 15 days of stress, started with pankaj call and ended with pankaj call.
